Frank Ryan Elected to Lincoln Institute Board
CPA brings considerable expertise to
Harrisburg (PA) - Frank Ryan, CPA, of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Lincoln Institute of Public Opinion Research, Inc.
Ryan, is a retired Colonel with the U.S. Marine Corps who served in Haiti , Bosnia , and Afghanistan . He is President of F.X. Ryan and Associates, a financial firm that specializes in helping clients avoid bankruptcy. He was a candidate for the Republican Nomination for Pennsylvania 's 17 th Congressional District seat in the April Primary election.

As a distinguished CPA, Ryan lectures on business ethics for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been honored as one of their top lecturers. In addition, he has an MBA from the University of Maryland and sits on the boards of multiple financial and manufacturing enterprises. He is married and is the father of four children.
Colonel Ryan joins the 14 other seated members of the Lincoln Institute Board of Directors including Chairman Lowman S. Henry, Vice Chairman Robert W. Keibler; Secretary/Treasurer Jane R. Gordon; along with board members Doris Beaufait; Hon. Legree S. Daniels; Joseph Geiger; Dr. Jake Haulk; Hilary Holste; Charles L.
