PLC Update – Panel Topics Announced

HARRISBURG (PA) – In addition to key speeches by Laura Ingraham, Pat Toomey and Newt Gingrich, the 2007 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference will include four interactive panel presentations and a training session for county and local candidates.

This year will feature a Keynote Panel on the "Power of Conservative Principles" chaired by Susan Staub of Pennsylvanians for Right to Work.  Serving as panelists will be the chairs of last year's panels: Matthew Brouillette of the Commonwealth Foundation; Kathryn English of the PA Club for Growth; Michael Geer of the Pennsylvania Family Institute; Colin Hanna of Let Freedom Ring, USA; Dr. Jake Haulk of the Allegheny Institute; and Lowman Henry of the Lincoln Institute.

The 2007 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference will also feature panel presentations on The PA Economy, chaired by David Taylor of the Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association; Reform, chaired by State Representative Curt Schroder; and Education, chaired by Simon Campbell of Stop Teacher Strikes, Inc.

This year's training session, which will follow the Saturday luncheon, will focus on how to run for a local countywide and municipal office or a local school board.  The session will be chaired by Al Bienstock of www.RightWingLimerics.com, who is also a township commissioner.

Additional featured speakers and panelists will be announced over the next few weeks.

Don't miss out on the premiere annual gathering of conservatives each year in the Keystone State to be held April 20th and 21st at the Four Points Sheraton near Harrisburg.  REGISTER TODAY for the 2007 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference at www.paleadershipconference.org.
