


The Board of Directors of the Lincoln Institute of Public Opinion Research, Inc. announces the election of David N. Taylor, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association.
"We are pleased to welcome David Taylor as a member of our board of directors," said Lowman S. Henry, Chairman & CEO of the Lincoln Institute. "Dave has been involved with the Lincoln Institute for many years as host of our Capitol Watch segment on Lincoln Radio Journal. We are pleased that he will now take an expanded role by serving on our board of directors."
Taylor succeeds PMA President Frederick W. Anton, III who has served as a Lincoln Institute board member for the past three years. "Mr. Anton has made a tremendous contribution to the growth and development of the Lincoln Institute," said Henry, "we are tremendously grateful to him for his service on our behalf and value our continued association with him and PMA through the presence of David on our board of directors."
A native of Huntingdon PA, Taylor is a 1990 graduate of Dickinson College. Prior to joining PMA in 1997, he was a legislative staffer for U.S. Senator Rick Santorum (R-Pennsylvania) in Washington DC. In 2006, Taylor was named one of the "Top Forty Under 40" business leaders by the Central Penn Business Journal. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Leadership Council, the Pennsylvania eCommerce Association, the Pennsylvania Business Council Education Foundation, Commonwealth Connections Academy, and Gamut Theatre Group.
The Lincoln Institute of Public Opinion Research is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year.
The Lincoln Institute was founded in 1993 to promote the ideals of free market economics, individual liberty, and limited government through the conduct of public opinion research. Further, the Lincoln Institute is committed to the conduct of an extensive public information and educational program designed to foster federal and state public policy based upon traditional American values.
