(Harrisburg, PA) – Kay Coles James, President of the Heritage Foundation will be a featured speaker at the 2019 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference.   The 30th anniversary PLC will be held April 5-6, 2019 at the Radisson Penn Harris Convention Center in Camp Hill (Harrisburg), PA.

Best-selling author Kimberly Strassel of the Wall Street Journal will be the featured dinner speaker. Jimmy Kemp for the Jack Kemp Foundation; and Mark Janus, Plaintiff in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court Janus v AFSCME decision, will also address the conference.  Additional speakers and panel topics will announced over the coming weeks.

Kay Coles James has an extensive background in crafting public policy and leading in nearly every sector of America’s economy. She has worked at the local, state, and federal levels of government under the administrations of former U.S. President George H. W. She has also served dozens of organizations in the corporate, and nonprofit arenas at the executive leadership and board levels.

Today, Mrs. James is the President of The Heritage Foundation, America’s premier conservative think tank.
