2. Pennsylvania’s Prevailing Wage law currently applies to all government constuction projects costing $25,000 or more. That cost threshold has been in effect for decades. 3. Currently, many school districts collect union dues via payroll deductions from the paychecks of teachers and other school district employees. Those dues are then transferred to union bank accounts.
